Our group of 3 toured Terezin with Zuzana last week and could not have been more pleased with our experience. She was engaged, informative and eager to make our time there a memorable one. She was most accommodating of our tight schedule and ensured it was unforgettable. She is a true professional in every sense. About 20 minutes after she dropped us off at our hotel, I discovered I left my backpack in her van. Even though she was almost out of Prague, she changed her plans to return my backpack (with our passports!) promptly. Doesn’t get any better than that!

We did a 1/2 day private Terizen tour with Zuzana. I am so glad we chose this tour and had Zuzana as our guide. She was prompt and willing to effectively adapt the tour to our time constraints. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about Czech history. She was patient and willing to answer all our questions but also careful to separate her opinion from fact, as appropriate.

Zuzana went the extra mile when we left a backpack in her van. She brought it around later in the day with a gift of chocolates! Awesome tour guide!!

Zuzana was most helpful with a ride from Berlin to Prague. She is also very knowledgeable about Prague and gave us some wonderful advice and suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Wonderful experience meeting her!

It was all good. Suzanne was prompt and tried to work within our schedule.

The driver Suzanna she was accommodating during our trip. Took us to two stops which we were very pleased. We feel safe during our way to Prague. We highly recommend.

Our trip from Budapest to Prague couldn’t have gone any better. Zuzana was on time and was so kind and friendly. Her driving was very safe and she tried to help in any way she could. She even played tour guide at our two stops, which was very helpful.
